Nursery

Psalm 127:3, “Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward."

We provide a clean, well-staffed nursery for every church service so that parents can worship God knowing their baby is cared for and loved. Each parent of an infant will receive a pager so that our staff can remain in contact with each family in case of an emergency. Your child’s care is our priority.

All childcare workers at Mesa Baptist Church have been vetted and have submitted a background check.

Children

I John 3:18, “My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.”

We have age-appropriate Sunday School classes for all ages at 9:30 AM, as well as a separate church service at 10:30 just for kids! In Kids’ City, children learn God’s Word, Bible characters, character building qualities, all in a fun and exciting way. We also have a children’s choir on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 throughout the year.

Patch the Pirate

Colossians 3:16, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."

The Patch the Pirate Club meets on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in Kids' City. This is a time for children to learn Godly songs, Godly character traits, and Bible verses in a fun way. Each month the Patch Club Choir learns a new song and sing it to the church at the end of each month.

Frontline Teens

I Timothy 6:12, “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

All teenagers (7-12 grade) are invited to learn the Word of God in a practical and exciting way. With activities, camps and  relatable lessons, each teen can find what they need  from God’s Word so that they can confidently and victoriously stand for God and truth. FrontLine meets Sunday morning at 9:30 and Wednesday evening at 7:00.

Adults

I John 2:14, “I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.”

Living for God with both sincerity and boldness can be a difficult task for young adults, as well as parents. At Mesa, we put a priority on families and this emphasis is seen through our teaching and preaching. Our two adult classes, taught by Kenny Fryman & Pastor Carr, are designed to equip every believer from young adults to mature Christians and families, with the tools they need to live for God in our challenging and changing culture.

Missions

Romans 10:13-15, “13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

The most important ministry of every church is their missions because it is here that the church can reach the world with the good news of God’s love and forgiveness. If you would like to see the Godly men and women that we support monthly, please feel free to click here and see who we support and where they are serving. All prayer letters and updates are posted as soon as we receive them so that our church family can rejoice with them on the field, as well as pray for our missionary's specific needs.

If you are a missionary looking for support, please our questionnaire, and once your form has been submitted, our pastor will review it and contact you to schedule a date that you may come and present your work.

Law Enforcement

Romans 13:3-4, “3For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”

Mesa Baptist Church salutes our men and women of the blue. Through monthly meals and an annual Police Appreciation Day, we show our support for those who stand and fight on the thin blue line. If you are or have been a member of law enforcement or our military – thank you for your service!
